"A great big "Thank-you" to all of you at; Concord Dive Center for helping Sarah & I get
SCUBA Certified this past weekend 7/21 & 7/22. This experience has been nothing less than
a work in progress. I say this because it was some number of months ago when you offered a
"FREE" introduction to SCUBA class that we attended at the Concord/Cannon-YMCA. It was at
that point that we were bitten by the SCUBA-Bug, and pondered the thought of getting certified.
What made us give further consideration to going forward was the STAFF that you have that helped
put this one day event together as well as your SCUBA Instructors, our instructor was "Little Steve".
He was most informative, did not rush us at all, was very professional, and fun in his instruction."
"This was truly a work in progress. I made the decision to surprise my wife Sarah on fathers day weekend. We drove
around downtown Concord a little bit until we finally arrived @ Concord Dive Center. The whole time she had no idea
what was about to take place, and that the next couple of hours would change our lives forever. When we walked
through the door we were greeted by both, Bob and Kathie. I told them that we had attended the above class and
that we wanted more information about getting certified. From that point on, we were never pressured into signing-up
for the classes or to purchase anything from them at all. We felt very comfortable with the way that Bob explained
what was going to take place in the certification process, and what equipment would be necessary in accomplishing
this, again never feeling "pressured". After he presented this to us, we decided that we would take the next step
to getting our certification".
"From the time we started our first class, to this past weekends "Open-Water" certification, each class has been
presented in a very thorough and professional manner. When questions came up pertaining to the material, Bob
and his staff were patient with us and answered our questions in detail and made sure that we understood the
material before moving on."
